Before we start - Your personal audit, onboarding and receive your Reset and Reboot workbook with daily prompts and reflection, to help you stay on track.
Week 1 - ½ day intensive 1-2-1 session with me, Rachel Lynch to help sort out that shit storm
Week 2 - Follow up 1-2-1 session to create a plan for moving forward
Week 3 - Reflection with your Reset and Rebook workbook
Week 4 - Follow up 1-2-1 session, reflecting on the first 4 weeks and getting motivated again!
Week 5 - Reflection with your Reset and Rebook workbook
Week 6 - Final 1-2-1 session setting boundaries, to help you create long-term success


So how can my 6 week programme help you to reset and reboot?
Week 1 - Shit Storm Release
✓ In the first session we will be focused purely on getting everything off your chest
✓ We will look at everything that’s going on with you, what’s holding you back and just generally getting any negative feelings about your progress out in the open so we can get a proper look at your personal barriers.
Weeks 2, 3 and 4 - Grabbing life by the tits again!
✓ So we’ve had a long look at everything you think is holding you back, you’ve had your meltdown in week 1 (and potentially a small cry) but now it’s time to start the Reset & Reboot process!
✓ Our main focus during these weeks will be for you to regain control, confidence and motivation in whatever it is you are pursuing.
✓ I will teach you how to build confidence within yourself and we will find the best way of keeping you motivated in your specific situation.
Week 5 & 6 - New boundaries, new mindset, new me!
✓ For you to get maximum benefit from this reset we need to make sure that after the programme you are able to consistently implement what you’ve learned.
✓ You cannot do this if you don’t set reasonable boundaries for yourself and others in your life.
✓ It’s time to prioritise you and what you want to achieve, this means setting up social boundaries for friends and family, but also personal boundaries for you to follow to keep yourself from becoming over stressed, inconsistent and unproductive.
✓ After the 2 weeks of followup you will be radiating confidence, more motivated than ever, have a new mindset going forward to keep you consistent and the skills you need to pick yourself back up again in the future if you need too!
